By using this website, you accept and agree to be obliged to follow and honor these terms and conditions. Online Store
By buying in this website online store, you agree that physical products are only sold in Mexican territory. Prices are shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
If the product we sent you is defective, we can program a refund and the shipment back of the product. You will have to drop it off in a shipment office. Once we receive the product and validate the defect, we will do the refund.
Digital Downloads. We do not offer digital downloads as per this update. If we offer them in the future, we will update this section.

The site and its original content (including photographs and images), features and functionality are the property of Luis Hernández Guzmán and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The content of Luna, una Historia de Amor y Comida, however, is not copyrighted.It is published under a Creative Commons license, detailed in the e-book and on the corresponding page.
Cooking Classes
Cooking Classes Bookings. If you book a cooking class, you can cancel and ask for a 100% refund if it’s before 48 hours before the class starts. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class, you can request a partial 50% refund. In case that there’s a refund (full or partial) the fees from the payment platforms are covered by the customer.
The recipes used and provided for the classes are collective property and their use is exclusively personal. Commercial use for restaurants or other commercial projects is not permitted.
Payment Methods
We accept Paypal (paypal.com), Credit Cards with a third party called Stripe (stripe.com). Their terms and conditions apply during the handling of the payments.
Shipping
As per physical shipments, we will use the most convenient and secure private parcel service at our discretion. The responsibility for the handling of the packages will be entirely the responsibility of these companies. If there is any inconvenience with them, we will make every effort on our side to make clarifications and claims on behalf of our clientele. This does not count as legal representation.
Invoicing
All prices include IVA (Sales tax in Mexican jurisdiction) and we have to declare it and pay it forward to the Mexican tax authorities. If you require a CFDI (digital invoice) with your tax information, you can let us know after placing your order so that you provide us with your information in order to prepare it and send it to you digitally. This only applies to Mexican customers or residents registered in the local tax department (SAT). If you require a sales ticket, it’s your responsibility to let us know after booking a service or buying a product.
Updates to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to such terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will update the modification date on the policy. If there are any changes to our site regarding how we use our customers’ personally information, we will send an e-mail notification to those affected by the change.
